Role Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a fantastic chance to develop and implement a lead generation plan for our Individual and SME direct customers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead brand awareness activity and deliver at least one digital brand campaign per year. Drive improvements to SEO and PPC performance, working with the web, content and copy teams. Manage multi-channel and multi-lingual digital paid marketing campaigns to deliver targets for direct individual and SME clients.

Manage a range of paid media activity and launch campaigns for key strategic and transformation projects. Provide hands-on lead generation marketing expertise for B2C and proven track record in running and optimising digital paid media channels. Experience reporting on marketing funnel performance and proficiency in using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel is required.
