Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Community Engagement Strategies: Create and execute plans to enhance player interaction and satisfaction, including the development of engaging content and community events.
- Manage and Grow Social Media Presence: Oversee the management of our social media platforms, including content creation, community moderation, and analytics.
- Manage and Grow the Kinetic Games Partner Program: Develop and maintain relationships with content creators and influencers, directly or via the support of an agency.
- Build and Manage Relationships with Content Creators/Influencers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key content creators and influencers in the gaming industry.
- Monitor and Moderate Community Discussions: Ensure a constructive and positive environment across community forums, social media, and other communication channels.
- Organize and Coordinate Community Events: Plan and execute community events and competitions to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Be the Face of the Development Team: Represent the development team within the community, providing feedback and insights to inform game development.
- Write Development Previews and Patch Notes: Create engaging content for the Steam developer platform and Confluence.
- Collaborate with Other Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to community management and customer support.
- Proven Experience in Social Media & Community Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the gaming industry.
- Strong Understanding of Social Media Management and Content Creation: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and graphic design skills.
- Strong Understanding of the Content Creator/Influencer Space: A deep understanding of the gaming industry, including the content creator and influencer landscape.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content.
- High Level of Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Content Creation Tools and Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools, including graphic design software.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience with Platforms such as Discord, Steam Forums, Twitch, and YouTube: Familiarity with these platforms and their respective communities.
- Experience with Community Management for Other Games: Experience managing communities for other games or gaming-related projects.
- Video Creation Skills and Experience with Recording Trailers: Ability to create engaging video content and record trailers.
- Knowledge of Phasmophobia and Active Participation in its Community: Familiarity with the game and its community.
- Experience using Confluence and the Steamworks Development Platform: Proficiency in using these tools for community management and game development.
