Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + Annual Bonus

The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment has partnered with a local family-run business to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their Head Office on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Management and Business Development team with all administration responsibilities.
  • Build effective business relationships with a loyal customer base.
  • Handle inbound enquiries from customers and suppliers.
  • Raise and process purchase orders.
  • Create customer quotations.
  • Manage in-demand stock levels.
  • Ensure goods are received by customers within agreed time frames.
  • Maintain updated account records for company audits.
  • Work closely with internal Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics departments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deliver a first-class customer experience.
  • Confidence in handling customer complaints and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • IT literacy, ideally with exposure to Microsoft packages.
