We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at a growing independent integrated healthcare communications agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of services from medical writing and medical education through to brand and promotional strategy and campaigns.
About the RoleThis role is flexible depending on experience, so would suit an experienced Account Manager looking to step into a Senior AM role or an existing Senior Account Manager who is looking for a change in focus or to develop broader experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and direct accounts under your remit, building strong business relationships with clients and account teams.
- Liaise with clients regularly and consult on strategic direction.
- Proactive development of existing accounts, spotting growth opportunities when they arise.
- Collaborate with other internal teams such as medical writers, creative, digital, scientific and patient engagement.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years' client services experience within a similar healthcare agency. You will have a good understanding of the end-to-end process for a healthcare communications project and be able to effectively plan, monitor and manage project milestones, costs and deliverables.
