You will travel across your region to deliver high clinical standards, leading a team to ensure residents receive the highest quality care. Your responsibilities will include settling new residents, advancing team members' skills, and developing care plans tailored to residents' needs.

Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
