Role Purpose:

As a key member of the Visual Team at Fortnum & Mason, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning product displays that showcase our unique stores and products. Your primary objective will be to support the Visual Team Manager in delivering exceptional visual merchandising across our stores, ensuring that our VM content is exciting, industry-leading, commercial, inspiring, and reflects our brand tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Visual Team Manager in the delivery of all visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring that VM content is aligned with our brand and sustainability commitments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide a full suite of POS and windows based on the retail Trading and Campaigns Calendars.
  • Support product launches in stores, implementing actions through the VM stylist and VM Assistant roles.
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers and VM teams to create VM fixtures and window solutions that maximize commercial return, researching VM trends and competitors, and improving the customer experience.
  • Be responsible for adherence to the Company's guidelines on VM design and specification, ensuring quality control.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends in relation to VM designs and competitor intelligence, ensuring Fortnum & Mason remains ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or FRA trained.
  • Digitally savvy.
