The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to make it easy for men to dress well. We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist who will work with our Visual Merchandising team to implement effective visual merchandising in stores and maximise store sales.

This role requires someone with extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in premium menswear. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a creative flair with a natural ability to understand and implement a creative brief.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll work closely with the Buying and Merchandising departments to analyse stock packages and create seasonal VM directives for stores. You'll also manage and work collaboratively with the launch of the directives with Top Tier stores.

This role is field-based and requires flexibility and comfort with travel to stores for up to 4 days per week with overnight stays for larger projects such as store refits or new store openings.

What we're looking for

This role requires someone who is a creative and entrepreneurial thinker with excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll have experience with Adobe software, preferably Photoshop and Illustrator, and knowledge of InDesign is desirable.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where you'll be encouraged to try new things and make changes to drive the business forward.
