About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising team, you'll be responsible for implementing effective visual merchandising strategies in our stores to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize store sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Retail Head Office team to train and coach Store Managers on delivering brand expectations
  • Analyze stock packages and work closely with the Buying and Merchandising departments to create seasonal visual merchandising directives
  • Manage the launch of visual merchandising directives with our Top Tier stores
  • Travel to stores for up to 4 days per week, with overnight stays for larger projects
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in premium menswear
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong creative flair and ability to understand and implement a creative brief
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Knowledge of InDesign is desirable
  • Flexibility and willingness to spend time away from home for store visits
