Visual Merchandiser Role Overview

Vans, the global action sports brand, seeks an inspired Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store shopping experience in our London UK flagship store.

As a respected Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for shaping the visual narrative of our store, driving sales, and ensuring a cohesive brand image. Your role will involve collaborating with our store team, marketing professionals, and suppliers to create visually stunning displays that reflect our brand's creativity and authenticity.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an engaging visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand and store guidelines

• Design and execute captivating window displays, signs, and interior layouts that draw customers in and encourage exploration

• Analyze sales data and Visual Merchandising reports to inform and optimize our visual displays

• Source and procure assets and materials to support our visual merchandising efforts

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products to ensure our displays are current and relevant

Your Qualifications

We're looking for an energetic and creative individual with a passion for visual design and a proven track record in Visual Merchandising. Your skills and experience should include:

• Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment

• Strong visual design skills, including experience with window displays, signs, and interior layouts

• Ability to analyze sales data and Visual Merchandising reports to inform and optimize our visual displays

• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices

• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator would be a plus
