Senior Accounting Role

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our team in Dorchester. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of financial reports and developing strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and review Management and Annual Accounts, forecasts, and performance reports.
  2. BUILD strong relationships with clients, IFA's, solicitors, and financial institutions to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold ACCA or ACA qualification with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and application of current UK accounting standards, tax legislation, and technical issues.
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to learn and use bookkeeping packages such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
Benefits and Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package ranging from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life Assurance x4 annual salary, and Corporate Discounts Platform.
