Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of safety, health, environmental, and quality protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientations.
  • Analyse quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in safety and quality management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment. NEBOSH qualification is essential, and you should have strong knowledge of HSE regulations and quality control standards. Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
