Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for food safety and technical compliance? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Compliance Specialist to join our team at 360 Recruitment. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our food products.

As a Technical Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying product specifications for own brand items and customer submissions to guarantee precision. You will also collaborate with national account managers and suppliers to conduct timely product assessments, oversee the completion of product artwork and packaging to ensure compliance, and provide support to NPD, Process, and Buying teams regarding food regulations and customer policies.

In this full-time, permanent position based on site, you will promote a culture of food safety and assist with internal and external audits. You will also manage the Quality Management System, address traceability challenges, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation. If you are a detail-focused individual driven by a passion for food safety and technical compliance, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Requirements
  • A Food Safety Qualification is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing is necessary.
  • Knowledge of legal labelling requirements is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • You must be able to work under deadlines and manage a small team.

The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 per annum.
