About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a focus on Test Management to join our team. This individual will work closely with a Project Manager on client implementations, requiring prior experience and the ability to collaborate with Professional Services teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building test charters and resource management plans for projects, as well as defect management and the various phases of testing in large complex implementations End-to-End (E2E).

About the team:

You will be part of a global team of experts in Capital Markets software solutions, working on a direct sourcing model with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate with the FIS implementation team, development organization, and Test Automation teams to devise E2E Test strategy for Clients.
  • Participate in Client Go/No Go decisions, serving as a final alignment step between business stakeholders, the client, and FIS implementation teams on quality and scope of implementations.

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of application development, software testing, and quality management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or Engineering.
  • 10+ years' experience within the field of agile project management and/or E2E testing.
