Emergency Quadrant Services Manager

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced Emergency Quadrant Services Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services in the Emergency Quadrant.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build excellent working relationships, prioritize tasks effectively, and identify and mitigate risks as they arise. They will be an effective communicator, able to ensure all stakeholders are informed and included in developments.
Key responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary teams, budgeting, developing services, and implementing change to meet performance targets. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
