Job Title: Healthcare Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious individual to join the Emergency Quadrant Management team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Department, delivering high-quality support to the team, and providing exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build excellent working relationships, calmly and confidently prioritize tasks, and identify and mitigate risks. They will also be an effective communicator, able to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and included in developments, and have strong leadership skills to influence and motivate others.

This is a developmental post that offers rotational placement, duties, and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, budget management, and developing services to meet performance targets. They should also have excellent report writing skills, presentation skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave.
