Credit Controller Role Overview

The role of Credit Controller at Parr Facilities Management is a critical position within the finance department. We are seeking an experienced individual to manage our debtor ledger, resolve queries, and ensure customers adhere to agreed payment terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the debtor ledger for group companies
  • Resolve internal and external queries
  • Ensure customers adhere to agreed payment terms
  • Perform month-end reconciliations and processes
  • Conduct company credit checks
  • Process bank postings and reconciliations on Microsoft Navision (with plans to transition to Sage 200 in 2025)
  • Prepare reports using Excel
  • Manage portals and perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control
  • Good working knowledge of CAFM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals
