**What will I be learning?**

On this programme, you’ll experience working in Accounts Receivables at a large Financial Services firm. Upon commencement, you’ll complete our award-winning Simul8 academy to learn and develop in a supportive environment the skills and knowledge you’ll need to successfully perform the role of a Consultant in Financial Services. After, you will move to the client site, helping to deliver as a key member of the Accounts Receivable team.

**What work will I be doing?**
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively pursue collections.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and customer queries.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.

**What will I be gaining?**
- Training in both technical and soft skills to help you develop relevant skills and knowledge in your role in our Simul8 training academy.
- Experience working at a top financial firm early in your career.
- Ongoing formal and informal support and training as you develop and learn in your role.
- The potential opportunity to convert to a permanent role with the client.

Essential Criteria:

- A strong interest the Financial Services.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to learn and grow.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Degree educated preferably in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or business analyst related field is desirable.
