Job Title: Café Business Development Lead
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
This role is responsible for driving business growth and improving performance in our cafés. As a Café Business Development Lead, you will focus on implementing best practices, complying with policies, and meeting financial goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure cafés comply with health, safety, and food standards
- Drive improvement programs for underperforming cafés
- Lead training and mentoring for Café Managers and their teams
- Oversee best practices for quality service and legal compliance
- Maintain cafés and equipment to protect assets and meet regulations
- Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve business vision
- Work with store and office teams to deliver plans and provide feedback
- Conduct performance reviews and identify development or corrective actions
- Apply financial acumen to boost revenue and minimize expenses
Requirements:
