About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in L'Oréal Group. As a crm specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing crm strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crm principles and best practice, customer lifecycle management and experience with crm platforms and tools. You will also have a data orientated mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive business initiatives and transform goals into digital activations.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including private medical insurance, discounted gym memberships and enhanced family leave.

Key Responsibilities
