Customer Relationship Specialist

About the Position: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and driving sales growth.
Key Activities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to cross-sell/up-sell services.
- Use your IT skills to manage client accounts effectively, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect to earn between £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time office-based role, Monday – Friday, with some flexibility for hours within the 7-day working week.
Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A background in sales or customer service would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
