About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our CRM team as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. This role will support the growth of our CRM channel and ensure all BAU emails are of the highest standard.

You will work closely with our existing CRM team to deliver BAU emails, push notifications, and SMS using our ESP (Braze). You will also oversee the QA process to ensure the highest standards are met across all CRM channels.

This role requires a commercial-focused and data-driven approach with a keen interest in marketing extraordinary products to beauty lovers everywhere. As a key member of our team, you will support the development of our localisation content plan, segmentation strategy, and test & learn strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the existing CRM Coordinator to deliver BAU emails, push notifications, and SMS
  • Oversee the QA process to ensure the highest standards are met across all CRM channels
  • Own the email briefing process end-to-end, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure all BAU and NPD emails are delivered to deadline and are of the highest quality
  • Support the CRM Manager with our localisation content plan, focusing on delivering and optimising BAU content in translated markets
  • Support the CRM Manager in developing the always-on test & learn strategy to further optimise content and scale personalisation
  • Support the CRM Manager with the segmentation strategy, championing a data-led approach
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly reporting, monitoring and hitting forecasted revenue
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Digital and CRM, specifically using CRM platforms with relevant experience in beauty, retail/fashion, or similar industries
  • (Desirable) Braze knowledge is a plus but must have previous experience with an ESP
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative
  • Comfortable and confident in articulating and sharing new ideas
  • Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure
  • Positive 'can-do' attitude
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of web analytics and customer databases
  • Incredibly motivated, driven, and detail orientated
