Job Overview: Supporting Children's Development in EYFS and KS1
Aspire People is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support to 2 children with SEND. This rewarding role involves working closely with our children, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.
About the Role:- Deliver tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on their educational and personal development
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for addressing SEND-related challenges
- Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 +) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis
- Deep understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum and its application in a primary school setting
- Recent primary school experience (within the last 2 years)
- A competitive salary range (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) based on your experience
