Aspire People is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support to 2 children with SEND. This rewarding role involves working closely with our children, helping them overcome challenges and achieve academic success.

About the Role:
  • Deliver tailored support to meet the unique needs of each child, focusing on their educational and personal development
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for addressing SEND-related challenges
Essential Requirements:
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 +) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis
  • Deep understanding of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum and its application in a primary school setting
  • Recent primary school experience (within the last 2 years)
