We are seeking a compassionate and experienced teaching assistant to support our EYFS children with SEN in Erdington. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the teaching team to create personalized learning experiences that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of child development principles and be able to implement individualized learning plans. Experience working with children with ASD and non-verbal needs is also highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £90-£105 per day and a stable working environment from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. Our two-form entry primary school in Erdington provides a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and students.
