About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Crowd Safety Manager to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - LLDC. The successful candidate will work closely with our Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy and relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above, a SIA Door Supervisor Licence, and experience of leading large teams in a similar venue. They will also have strong communication skills, a passion for excellence, and a focus on providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events
  • Enhancing the customer experience for our guests
  • Providing guidance and leadership to the team
  • Writing detailed post-event reports

Requirements
  • Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Experience of leading large teams in a similar venue
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for excellence
  • Focus on providing outstanding customer service
