Event Crowd Safety Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crowd Safety Manager to join our event day safety team at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The successful candidate will work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation, and the venue safety certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of safe and enjoyable events
  • Work with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team
  • Enhance the customer experience for our guests
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above, as well as a SIA Door Supervisor Licence. They will have experience of leading large teams in a similar venue, a demonstrable history of mentoring and developing supervisors, and strong communication skills.
