We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crowd Safety Supervisor to join our event day safety team at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The successful candidate will work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation, and the venue safety certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation, and the venue safety certificate.
  • Work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to ensure a high level of safety and customer service.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
  • Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety or above, as well as an SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where required) for specific roles leading SIA steward teams (if applicable).
  • Have experience of leading a team, with strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium.
  • Be willing to commit to any additional training required, such as customer service and online event specific inductions.
  • Be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service record check if you do not hold a SIA licence.
