Join Our Team as a Business Manager - Fluent German or Dutch

We're seeking a skilled Business Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Germany or the Netherlands. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, you'll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with our in-house talent team to deliver top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management of assignment activities, from senior executive appointments to specialist engineers and commercial briefs
  • Deliver against the resourcing needs of our manufacturing and engineering clients
  • Guide companies worldwide to attract, assess, and recruit the best talent
Requirements:
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in German or Dutch
  • Recruitment experience is not necessary; we offer a comprehensive training and development program
