Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PATH Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business revenue through innovative and creative marketing and networking techniques while account managing existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the dealer network to develop key accounts and create new business opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services
  • Manage sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth
  • Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the construction plant rental industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
