Business Development Opportunity

Siobhan Holden T/A SMB Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Developer/Client Relationship Manager to join their successful Manchester team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a 360 Recruitment Role or Business Development in the Training/Education sector, with experience in both Account Management and New Business Development. They will be able to combine business meetings, virtual meetings, and telephone communication with their base of Clients, while developing new relationships to benefit their portfolio.

The role offers a 50/50 mix of Account Management and New Business Development, with a focus on building strong relationships with Clients and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to work to KPIs and Targets, and will have a proven successful background in a Sales environment.
