We are seeking a Senior Sales Leadership Position to join our team in Uxbridge. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum + Annual Bonus, mileage covered for business travel, and the opportunity to work in a supportive company culture that fosters personal and professional growth.

The successful candidate will have proven work experience in a sales team lead role, preferably in the health/nutrition industry, solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, excellent leadership/soft skills, as well as organisational skills. Strong communication and team management skills are also essential.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans, monitoring and analysing performance metrics, and preparing regular sales forecasting reports. The ideal candidate will be able to negotiate and close agreements, work closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency, and stay up-to-date with new product launches.
