Job Title: Head Coach

Everlast Gyms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our fitness team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, driving sales and revenue growth, and developing and implementing fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Recruit, train, and mentor fitness coaches and personal trainers to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Monitor and analyze sales and revenue data to inform business decisions
  • Lead by example and embody the Everlast Gyms values of passion, innovation, and customer obsession
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fitness leadership role
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
