As a key member of Jefferies' Real Estate and Gaming Investment Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex transactions in the real estate and gaming sectors. Responsibilities:

Deal Execution

  • Transaction Advisory: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute real estate and gaming transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
  • Financial Modeling: Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence to support transaction processes.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Industry Research

  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of trends, developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate and gaming industries.
  • Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth industry research to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to contribute to the overall success of the Real Estate and Gaming Investment Banking group.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with professionals from various disciplines, including legal, compliance, and other support functions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on real estate and/or gaming transactions.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
