We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People Analytics to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our European HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for collating and analysing people data from internal and external sources.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement MI and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision making in HR and the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to improve people data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and reports to support business and HR stakeholders.
- Lead on Reward and Compensation analysis, including analysis of performance and compensation data.
- Support workforce planning management and produce regular reporting for HR and business stakeholders.
- Highly competent in Workforce Planning and Management Information.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience of HR project processes in a shared services function.
- Familiarity with Workday, Tableau, and SQL databases.
- Strong organisation skills, with ability to project manage, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
