About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trusts Fundraising Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team at Woking & Sam Beare Hospices. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in securing vital funds to support our patient-centred care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trusts and grants strategy to secure significant funding for our hospice services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners to establish a robust pipeline of funding opportunities.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, and develop compelling proposals and reports to secure funding.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective stewardship of funds.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and care teams to ensure that our fundraising efforts are aligned with our patient-centred care services.
  • Provide excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure effective relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
