About the Job: We are looking for an Executive Assistant for Event Planning to support the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing operational plans in alignment with the event strategy
• Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and budgets
• Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, shipping, and storage of event materials
• Ensure smooth execution of on-site operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet all event requirements

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
