Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Conference and Events Manager to lead our events team at ExCeL London. In this role, you will plan, organize, and execute events that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet customer needs
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and maintain profitability
  • Lead a team of event staff, ensuring excellent service delivery
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in Hospitality Management or demanding food environment preferred
  • Knowledge in event planning and management within the hospitality sector
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Up-to-date with industry trends to innovate and enhance our event offerings
