Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £75k

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Commercial Property Professional to lead our Commercial Property and Commercial Property Management department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the commercial property department, ensuring the successful management of all commercial properties, including sales, lettings, and management.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing and developing a team of commercial property professionals
  • Overseeing the commercial lease renewal and rent review process
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in commercial agency and property management
  • Proven track record of success in managing and developing teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • RICS qualification or equivalent
