Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Commercial Property Agent to lead our Commercial Property and Commercial Property Management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Property and an RICS qualification would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the commercial property department and ensure the successful management of all commercial properties.
  • Lead the Sales, Lettings & Management teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial lease renewal and rent reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Commercial Agency and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business development and listing skills, with a focus on commercial leases and acquisitions.
  • Professional Member of RICS (preferred).
  • High level of customer service skills, with a positive attitude and excellent telephone manner.
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a thorough understanding of the commercial property market.
  • Full UK Driving License essential.
