Job Title: Head of Commercial Property

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Commercial Property Agent to lead our Commercial Property and Commercial Property Management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Agency, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the commercial property department and ensure the successful management of all commercial properties.
  • Lead the Sales, Lettings & Management teams and ensure they are working efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial lease renewal and rent reviews, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Commercial Agency, with a strong background in Commercial Property and Property Management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of commercial leases and acquisitions, with the ability to manage all aspects of lease renewal and rent reviews.
  • Professional Member of RICS (preferred).
