Job Description

Job Title: Head of Commercial Property

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Commercial Property Agent to lead our Commercial Property and Commercial Property Management department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Agency, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the commercial property department and ensure the successful management of all commercial properties.
  • Lead a team of Commercial Property Agents and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other industry professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Commercial Agency, preferably with a strong background in Commercial Property Management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • RICS qualification or equivalent experience.
