Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales performance and growth throughout the NI & ROI territories. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities within the territories across all Overlander products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Winning new business: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within the territories across all Overlander products.
  • Developing existing accounts: Build strong long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
  • Account Management: Regularly visit existing customers, manage relationships and prospect new customers.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate, timely reports to support financial management and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in P&L reporting and financial oversight.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on career development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full valid driving license.
