We are seeking an experienced event manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events across a pub group's venues, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, particularly within the hospitality or pub sector.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing in-house events, including seasonal events, brand collaborations, and private functions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, brands, and external partners to deliver successful events.
  • Negotiating partnerships with brands for promotional collaborations, product launches, or sponsorship opportunities.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring maximum profitability for each event.
  • Providing post-event analysis and feedback to inform future event planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal aspects of event management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, with a strong background in event planning, project management, and budgeting. They will also have proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, based in London, with a competitive benefits package.
