Average weekly sales are £9,000, split between 60% wet sales, 15% food, and 25% letting rooms. Marston's is looking for an experienced operator or couple to deliver exceptional front-of-house and back-of-house standards, maximizing earning potential by focusing on additional food opportunities like breakfast for hotel guests and monthly events.
