Job Title: Tenanted Pub Owner

Tenants are being sought for our successful pub in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. As a tenant, you will have the opportunity to develop your own business plan and menu, while enjoying the benefits of a well-established trade.

About the Opportunity:
The pub offers a range of facilities, including a catering kitchen, outdoor trade area, children's play area, and private accommodation. With a large car park and beautiful garden, this is an ideal location for those looking to establish a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a business plan, including menu development and marketing strategies
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality products
* Collaborate with the support team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including the catering kitchen and outdoor areas

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar industry or entrepreneurial background
* Strong business acumen and ability to manage finances
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
