Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at V3 Recruitment. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels across all of CPG. This includes monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records, working with operations to ensure regular physical and cycle counts are completed, and analysing inventory data to implement corrections and corrective actions as required.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Work with operations to ensure regular physical and cycle counts are completed, to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  3. Analyse inventory data and implement corrections and corrective actions as required.
  4. Implement and improve auditing processes to identify and resolve inventory issues or discrepancies.
  5. Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
  6. Collaborate with clients and suppliers to track orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  7. Generate inventory reports and provide analysis on stock levels, turnover, and potential risks or opportunities.
  8. Identify inefficiencies in inventory control processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Work closely with operations, customer services, and purchasing to ensure accurate and seamless inventory management.
  10. Assist with queries relating to inbound and outbound deliveries and orders.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in using SAP and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise inventory control processes.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues.
