Job Description

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Florin Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This includes covering the nursing shift or part of a shift when needed, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care provision, and contributing to the development of care plans and strategies to enhance the quality of life for our clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • RGN/RMN/RNLD qualifications
  • Proven experience in elderly nursing services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
