Counter Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute in-store events
Requirements:
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
