The Client Services Administrator will provide administrative support to the Client Services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. This role will report directly to the Client Services Director and will be responsible for managing customer telephone contact and day-to-day administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Client Services team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
