Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Harrogate Town Centre

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000

SI Recruitment is seeking a well-organised Facilities Coordinator to join our client based in Harrogate Town Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are being run correctly and organising contractors for any work needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage client queries and provide excellent customer service
  2. Coordinate repair and project work on properties through to completion
  3. Keep clients informed of any delays or issues
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
  5. Provide administrative support to the team, including ad-hoc holiday cover
  6. Assist with monthly reporting and ensure annual checks are completed
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a similar role, desired but not essential
  2. Strong customer service and administrative skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel
Benefits:
  1. Competitive salary between £23,000 - £26,000, depending on experience
  2. Monday – Friday, 9am - 5.30pm working hours
  3. 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  4. Christmas office closure
