Job Opportunity: Facilities & Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities & Contracts Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing business that values its employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate the work of external contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and Health & Safety legislation.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Champion a positive working environment, identifying and implementing solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Support internal visitors, providing information on accessing the offices and facilities.
  • Raise purchase orders as required.
  • Organize travel and business events on behalf of the MD.
  • Manage the MD's inbox, actioning items as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in Health & Safety or HR.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude to problem-solving, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
